Since the late '90's, my contacts and conversations with Charles always left me feeling that he was the consummate professional, a genuinely compassionate person who truly cared. He was always willing to share both time and knowledge (along with some good stories) during our conversations.

Mr. Charles Atkinson will be missed, and fondly remembered.
